    • Arafura Community Care reserves the right to cease services if staff safety is compromised.
  4. Communication

    • Clients are responsible for informing us promptly of any changes in their needs, contact details, or circumstances.
  5. Cancellations

    • Clients are required to provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations.
    • Cancellations without notice may incur a fee as specified in the service agreement.
  6. Payment Terms

    • All fees for services must be paid in accordance with the terms outlined in the service agreement.
    • Non-payment of fees may result in a suspension of services until outstanding payments are resolved.
  7. Privacy and Confidentiality

    • Arafura Community Care is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of client information in accordance with privacy laws.
    • Client information will only be used for service delivery purposes and shared only with consent or as required by law.
  8. Termination of Services

    • Either party may terminate the service agreement with appropriate notice as outlined in the agreement.
    • Arafura Community Care may terminate services immediately if there is a breach of the terms or if safety concerns arise.
  9. Code of Conduct

    • Clients and their representatives are expected to treat Arafura Community Care staff with respect and dignity.
    • Any behavior that is abusive, discriminatory, or threatening may result in the suspension or termination of services.
  10. Limitation of Services

    • Services are provided based on availability and the capacity of Arafura Community Care.
    • We will make every effort to meet the agreed-upon commitments but may adjust services in exceptional circumstances.
